Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural practice based in their Newport office.

We are seeking an Architectural Technician with residential / housing developer experience to join them. 

They have three offices, employing over 100 employees and are currently looking to hire eight people across their offices. 

We are on the lookout for creative individuals with experience in residential design (commercial to bespoke) to join an established firm with 3 offices in the UK.
 
The ideal Architectural Technician will have some years of experience in residential design and be able to demonstrate strong design and presentation skills.

It is crucial that the individual has extensive technical knowledge, is proficient in Revit, and is up to date with the latest residential design standards, e.g., zero carbon design.
 
This award-winning Architectural practice has built a solid reputation and relationship with residential clients throughout the past 20 years. The team is highly committed to providing quality service – this is reflected in the high levels of repeat business.

The salary for this Architectural Technician position ranges from £27K-£40K depending on previous experience.
