Are you passionate about delivering an excellent service? Do you have a proven track record in building professional relationships? We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in a pivotal role focused on service delivery excellence.
In this role you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and delivery of all acute insourcing contracts, ensuring their services are well led, safe, effective, and performing for our customers. You will be client facing with overall contract management responsibility, liaising with clinicians, senior managers and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective running of our services This role will be pivotal in ensuring that the contracted quality, operational and commercial KPIs are being delivered for each contract, to the benefit of our patients and our client relationships.

Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed. Working with over 80 NHS trusts, our clinical care team delivers a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.
Everyday you will...
*Manage a small service delivery team, conducting team meetings, 1:1s and delegating workload
*Oversee the delivery of a diverse portfolio of clinical insourcing services into customers, ensuring the highest clinical and operational standards are always met
*Ensure each service has the correct mix of clinical staff and is in line with the clients required staffing template for cost effective and safe delivery of service
*Collate information to provide detailed and accurate performance reports to present to key trust contacts
*Ensure the timely reporting and investigation of any incidents, in collaboration with the Xyla Clinical team and Clinical Governance team
*Track and forecast sales, providing a weekly update with bridge analysis from the prior week to the Head of Service Delivery
*Manage the financial performance of each contract and ensuring staffing costs are within or below budget
