Description
Payroll Specialist (Hybrid):
*Join an established payroll team to manage an inhouse Payroll of circa 2000 employees.
*Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax deductions, benefits, and other deductions.
*Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
*Manage payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.
*Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.
*Stay updated on latest payroll tax changes and regulations.
*Coordinate with finance department for payroll cost analysis.
*Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and payroll regulations.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) should have:
*In-house payroll experience
*end to end payroll experience
*Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
*Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in payroll software.
*Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) role offeres:
*A base salary ranging from £35,500 to £37,000 per annum (but total package value of £40,000+)
*CIPP study support
*Free product allowance
*Summer hours (reduced hours)
