Cleaner *Pay Rate: Up to £14.50 per hour

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and meticulous Cleaner who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and order. This role is essential in ensuring our premises not only meet health and safety standards but also provide a pleasant atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Day-to-day of the role: *Perform routine cleaning tasks according to the established schedule, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
*Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
*Safeguard equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.
*Report any damages, deficits, and disturbances to management.
*Handle reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
*Manage stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
*Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and be aware of any company-related practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role.
*Familiarity with material safety data sheets.
*Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
*Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
*Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
*Good interpersonal and communication skills.
*Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.
