Role Requirements:

Experience:
*Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in commercial property, experienced in freehold acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions, development and secured lending
*Experience in residential conveyancing is advantageous
Skills:
*IT proficient with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
*Capable of managing your own caseload and meeting tight deadlines and targets
