We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Leeds on a part-time basis, starting ASAP.
Requirements
*Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
*Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
*Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics.
*An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
*Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
*Foster curiosity and a love for learning in all students.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support achievement.
*Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic standards.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum.
