Key Responsibilities:
*Setting, programming, and operating multi-axis machining centers.
*Producing small batch precision components with exceptional attention to detail.
*On-control programming and interpreting technical drawings.
*Collaborating on CAD/CAM projects to generate CNC programs (previous experience in this area is a plus).
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
*Proven track record as a machinist with a recognised Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent.
*Hands-on experience with multi-axis machining centers.
*Strong technical expertise in on-control programming and machining precision components.
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Skills & Attributes:
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
*Professional, mature approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
*Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
