Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Per annum + Bonus
Job Description As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company. Your main duties will include:
Job Duties: *Managing a team of Management Accountants and Assistant Management Accountants
*Developing and implementing financial strategies
*Preparing financial reports and analysis
*Managing budgets and forecasting
*Overseeing financial transactions
*Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
*Providing financial advice to senior management
Required Qualifications: *Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
*Proven experience in a similar financial management role
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
Education: *Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience: *Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
Knowledge and Skills: *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications: *Master’s degree in Finance or related field
*Experience in the accounting industry
Working Conditions: *Office-based role in Blackburn, Lancashire
*Full-time hours
*Collaboration with other departments and senior management
