Requirements: *Ideally 2-3 years’ PQE in litigation, though the firm is open to considering more senior candidates.
*Relevant experience in debt recovery, property litigation, repossession work, or contractual disputes is preferred.
*Candidates with strong litigation experience in other areas of law will also be considered, with the potential for retraining.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle a busy caseload effectively.
Responsibilities: *Handling a diverse caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
*Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on a variety of disputes.
*Collaborating with the wider legal team to ensure clients receive high-quality representation.
