PageGroup are delighted to support a leading manufacturing organisation based in Lichfield with the appointment of a French Speaking Recruiter role to join a busy HR function
This role can offer hybrid working
Description
The role of French Speaking Recruiter will work as part of a wider HR/Recruitment function and take responsibility for a portfolio of vacancies, managing the full recruitment life cycle providing an excellent candidate experience.
The role will include but not limited to:
*Manage full cycle recruiting process for various stakeholders
*Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
*Communicate regularly with HR team and hiring managers
*Conduct interviews and screening processes for potential candidates
*Enhance job postings to attract candidates
*Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
*Proactively sourcing applicants and talent pipelining
Profile
Suitable applicants for this role will be:
*Fluent in both French and English
*Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in house settings
