Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a company based in Epsom, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
This is primarily an office based position, with visits to customers nationwide. A company car will be provided as part of the package, along with a competitive salary and benefits.
Specific responsibilities of the Account Manager role will include:
*Managing relationships within a portfolio
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Addressing areas of concern and improving client satisfaction
*Maintaining relationships through face to face meetings, online meetings and on the phone
*Keeping accurate records using the CRM
*Continuously promoting the company’s services, networking, upselling and cross selling
*Assisting with marketing and promotional strategies
*Monitoring and reporting of financial performance
*Liaising with Finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports
*Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue
*Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams
To be considered for this role, you will need:
*Previous experience of managing client accounts in a commercial environment
*Experience of working to targets and deadlines
*Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
*Exceptional communication skills
*Ability to take the initiative
*Organised with strong planning skills
*Full clean driving licence
*Happy to travel nationwide for client meetings and events
