Monday - Friday (Full Time)
Office based - in Willsbridge, Bristol

Tate are working with a leading asbestos and water hygiene company in their search for a Business Development Assistant.
Your role would be to identify, develop and secure new and existing business opportunities. As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the growth of the business by identifying new clients and new opportunities with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identifying new clients and new opportunities with existing clients
*Adding organisations and individuals to CRM systems
*Categorising people/organisations on CRM systems
*Establishing processes to follow-up leads
*Running reports on CRM systems
*Running campaigns on CRM systems and manage these campaigns
*Analysing the success of specific campaigns and feedback to senior management
Skills / experience:
*Knowledge/experience of CRM systems (ideally Workbooks)
*Confident in prospecting for new potential clients using all resources available
*Extensive experience successfully engaging with people in a professional capacity on social media.
*Confident and experienced engaging with prospects on the phone particularly during cold call situations
*Able to liaise with other members of the team to strategically plan new campaigns
*Confident using all Microsoft systems, especially Excel
*Able to analyse data and learn from/adapt techniques depending on the trends shown
*Excellent communication and persuasion skills - both written and verbal
*Target driven
