Exciting Opportunity: Trust Data Manager
Join our client’s dynamic national team and play a key role in shaping data strategy across the Trust. They are looking for a passionate and innovative Trust Data Manager to support their Head of Data and Analytics in their mission to leverage data for evidence-based decision-making.
What they are looking for:
*Strong experience in data management and analytics.
*A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams with the Head of Data to develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy focusing on assessment, reporting, and performance monitoring.
*The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that drive improvement.
*Design and implement data management systems that integrate data from multiple platforms to enhance overall efficiency and insights and proficient in PowerBI Dashboards.

They support their schools’ Principals and teachers in rapidly improving the quality of education on offer at early years, primary, secondary and sixth-form levels in order to transform the life-chances of their students.
Essential Education:
*English and Mathematics GCSE strong pass grades
*3 A level qualifications or equivalent
Essential Experience:
*Previous successful experience working with large datasets and producing meaningful analytics.
*Advanced Excel skills.
*Previous successful experience as a Data Manager in a school setting or working with educational datasets.
*Previous experience of using Bromcom or alternative school MIS at an advanced level.
*Good understanding of the education sector and its data, particularly relating to performance measures, attendance and exclusion data.
*Strong customer service approach, able to understand quickly what the need is and able to find solutions to issues arising.
*Able to self-manage, prioritise and work remotely, using time well and communicating well with colleagues to ensure strong partnership working despite remote working arrangements.
*Attention to detail, meticulous in accuracy and able to review, refine and redraft work to ensure that work is done to a high level of excellence and accuracy.
*Good oral and written communication skills.
