Key Responsibilities 
*Growth of the Residential Conveyancing team
*Management and supervision of the team
*Management of an interesting and complex caseload of property matters
*Undertaking regulatory and compliance matters (COLP)
*Client relationship management
Skills 
*5 + years of PQE experience (CILEx, Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor) 
*Ability to act as an ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team
*Managing staff and conducting performance reviews
*An interest in using technology to improve the client experience
