Regional Account Manager - - Plumb Centre
Location: Bedfordshire / Cambridgeshire Region

As a Regional Account Manager you’ll be responsible for:
* Full account management , from site to office
* Working in partnership with Branch Operations teams to achieve operational excellence, maximise sales, minimise costs, and provide outstanding customer service.
* Developing plans to drive activity and sales in the short- and long term whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the Sales function and the values of WUK.
* Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted.
* Demonstrating strong values-based behaviour, and instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety in all dealings with customers and branch colleagues.
And here’s what we’d like you to have...
* Strong sales / business development experience
* Self driven & motivated to achieve sales targets
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers / clients
* Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
