Job Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join one of the UK’s leading providers of international freight and transport logistics services based in Nursling. You will be working within the cruise ship department of this company for all inbound and outbound goods.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 with a 1 hour lunch break.
Salary £25,000
The main purpose of this role is to complete Administration tasks for the Bar on various cruise ships.
Main Duties:
*Speaking with customers daily via phone and email
*Preparing pick instructions on the warehouse computer system
*Updating KPI reports for review
*Data entry for inbound and outbound goods into multiple computer systems
*Preparation of shipment documents for Export
*Report checking ensuring correct shipment allocation of orders
Candidate Requirements:
*Administration experience is essential
*Microsoft Office experience
*Attention to detail for accurate data entry
*Customs/Bond knowledge is desirable
Full training will be given on all aspects of this role.
