Job Description:
Secretary/PA *Hourly Rate: £15 - £30
*Location: Kimbolton
*Job Type: temporary, working hours to be agreed with the client
Reed Business Support in Cambridge is working with a private client. They are looking for a Secretary/PA to support with a variety of administrative and organisational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and skilled in managing bureaucracy matters such as issuing notices to banks, DWP, shares, etc. The successful candidate will also assist in reorganising office systems and providing general support.
Day-to-day of the role: *Issue notices and handle communications with banks, DWP, and regarding shares.
*Maintain accurate records and undertake reorganisation of the office filing system.
*Manage the destruction of documents securely and efficiently.
*Reorganise records on a PC (Android system) and provide basic instruction in using Microsoft Excel.
*Rationalise and organise a personal library.
*Provide general assistance with various bureaucratic tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Proficient in using PC systems, particularly Android, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent record-keeping abilities.
*Ability to work independently and with discretion.
Benefits: *Flexible working hours.
*Travel expenses covered if paid at the lower end of the hourly rate.
