We are looking for a Multi Trade operative in the Ely, Cambridgeshire area to work for a highly established social housing company in the area. The position would be a permanent role and would involve working within social housing doing renovations and maintenance covering Ely and the surrounding areas.

The successful Multi trade operative will be responsible for:
*Working in void and tenanted properties
*Working individually and as part of a team when required
*Call outs on a rota basis
*Carry out fault fixing, construction, maintenance duties
*Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition
*Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
*Working 8-4:30 Monday to Friday

The successful Multi trade operative will:
*Be NVQ Level 2 qualified in a core subject (carpentry/ plumbing/ electrical) NVQ Level 3 if Plumbing is qualification
*Aware of Health and Safety Regulation
*Skills in carpentry, plumbing and decorating
*Strong customer service skills
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Full UK drivers license
