Job Ad: Brand Experience Manager Our client, a globally recognised leader in the premium and luxury sector, is seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Experience Manager to join their Global Marketing team.
Role Overview The Brand Experience Manager will drive the development and execution of impactful strategies that elevate the brand experience across all customer touch points. This pivotal role focuses on creating globally consistent and locally tailored experiences that enhance customer engagement and reinforce the brand’s positioning as a leader in its field.
Key Responsibilities *Develop and implement a global brand experience strategy to captivate target audiences across channels and regions.
*Forge strategic partnerships with complementary brands to deliver innovative and immersive customer experiences.
*Lead the conceptualisation and execution of events, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns that reflect the brand’s ethos and character.
*Oversee brand storytelling efforts, ensuring a consistent narrative that highlights the brand’s heritage and values.
*Design and enhance in-store experiences (across on/off trade and GTR) to align with luxury standards.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Communications and Innovation, to integrate the brand experience strategy into broader marketing initiatives.
*Manage relationships with agencies and partners, ensuring world-class execution of all projects.
*Use consumer insights and trends to inspire innovative, customer-relevant brand experiences.
*Effectively manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated to maximise impact and ROI.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess:
*Proven expertise in experiential marketing, brand management, or customer experience roles, preferably within luxury or premium sectors.
*Strong creative vision coupled with strategic execution skills.
*A track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.
*Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
*Experience working with agencies and managing large-scale activation’s.
*Knowledge of retail and third-space environments, with an understanding of luxury customer expectations.
