RG Consultancy are working with a fast growing property development company in Alderley Edge who are recruiting for a property accountant to join their growing team. This role is a new role to help support the finance department with service charge and ground rent management.
You will work along side another property accountant and report back to the financial director.
*5 hours a week, Monday to Friday

The Role
*Produce Service Charge and ground rent invoices
*Check payments and post to the relevant accounts on a weekly basis
*Deal with an manage all correspondence on a daily basis, including payments, solicitor cheques and emails
*Prepare Service Charge budgets and discuss with property managers
*Reconcile Service Charges to allow auditors to check and produced reports
*Liaise with solicitors when required
*Answer any calls/queries replaced to invoices and statements
The Person
*Experience within the property industry, property development or construction would be an advantage
*Experience of service charges
*Experienced within accounts payable or an accounts setting is essential
*A profession accounting qualification AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or studying would be an advantage
*Experience using QUBE or COINS would be an advantage
*Strong MS Excel skills
