This role is ideal for a talented Marketing & Innovation Coordinator who is passionate about the FMCG - Beauty industry and looking to contribute to a successful marketing team in managing digital marketing and leading training efforts.

Description
*Develop and implement marketing strategies to create awareness of the brand’s technologies.
*Coordinate and conduct training sessions for internal staff and external partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
*Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.
*Analyse industry trends and market insights to inform marketing strategies.
*Write and publish content as needed and establish the website as an information hub for customers.
*Create presentation slides, brochures and videos as needed.
Profile
A successful Marketing & Innovation Coordinator should have:
*A strong marketing background preferably Digital Marketing, minimum 3 years.
*Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and tactics.
*Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
*Skills to build top-notch PowerPoint presentations and train people.
*A team player with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Job Offer
*An annual salary range starting from £33,000 to £40,000
