Job Description:
SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to exclusively advertise an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Teacher at an Outstanding-rated primary school in Stoke Newington, Hackney. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a thriving Early Years setting with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
The Role
As a Nursery Teacher, you will:
Lead and Inspire: Provide engaging and creative teaching that nurtures a love for learning in nursery-aged children.
Deliver an Outstanding Curriculum: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that prepare children for their educational journey.
Create an Inclusive Environment: Establish a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom where every child feels valued and motivated to succeed.
Utilize the Outdoor Space: Maximize the potential of the school’s well-resourced and picturesque outdoor area to enhance learning.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
Monitor and Assess: Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (mandatory).
Demonstrate proven experience in early years or nursery teaching.
Exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education, fostering growth and development in young learners.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively.
Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to cultivate an inspiring and supportive learning environment.
