The Role

As the Interim Commercial Finance Director, you will provide strategic leadership and "hands-on" financial management during an important period of growth and change ensuring the company’s financial health. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of year-end financial reports. You will lead the preparation and analysis of key financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements and provide commercial insight and recommendations to the CFO and senior leadership to drive business decisions.

You will manage the financial forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.

The Candidate

As a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professional, you will bring a wealth of experience as a Finance Director or Financial Controller with a commercial focus and also have been close to the numbers and year end processes. With a proven ability to lead and optimise financial operations, you will possess strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, enabling you to drive business performance and support the CFO with commercial decision-making.
