Position: Sponsorship Sales Manager
Location: London Victoria (hybrid)
Basic Salary: Competitive plus uncapped commission scheme

With more than 1,500 events produced annually across six continents, IQPC’s market leading conferences are considered must-attend events by their respective industries. The company also manages multiple B2B online communities and social media sites covering a range of industries.
Key responsibilities:
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing sponsorship revenue on our international conferences. You’ll work on multiple conferences, growing revenue from existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
· Thorough understanding of our products, industry, and competitors.
· Maintain regular contact with clients, providing innovative solutions.
· Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams for successful event delivery.
· Identify potential customers using a variety of different media
Ideal Candidate:
· Highly ambitious individual seeking career growth.
· Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably in sponsorship or media sales).
· Solid sales process and/or previous sales training.
· Business acumen and strong commercial awareness.
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
· Desire to develop as a sales professional.
