*** KS3 & KS4 in any of the STEM subjects
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a graduate with a science, technology, engineering, or maths (STEM) specialism to join a ’Good’ secondary school in Tipton as a STEM Academic Coach. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in education before pursuing teacher training.
As a STEM Academic Coach, you will provide targeted support to KS3 and KS4 pupils across your specialist subject area. You will work closely with teachers to deliver small group and 1:1 interventions, helping pupils deepen their understanding and improve their outcomes.
Your role will also involve assisting with lesson planning, preparing resources, and fostering a positive learning environment. By engaging pupils and promoting a love for STEM subjects, you will play a key part in their academic and personal development.
The position is full-time, starting immediately and continuing until July 2025. It offers a daily rate of £70 to £80 and provides an excellent opportunity to build experience in a supportive and forward-thinking school.
