Job Description:
Project Manager - Residential infrastructure projects
Birmingham or Bristol (hybrid working)
£40,000 - £50,000 + Training Opportunities + Progression To Directorship + Bonus Scheme

Excellent role on offer for an experienced and ambitious individual with good civil engineering and infrastructure knowledge to one of the country’s leading consultancies within their development team where you will have the opportunity to gain chartership and progress your career.

Do you have Civil, drainage, utilities or planning management experience? Have you got a good knowledge of residential infrastructure projects? Are you looking to over see project from concept through to completion?

This well-established consultancy work on a range of large construction and development projects for a wide array of sectors including; residential developments, urban extensions, commercial spaces, and retail projects. Committed to delivering a high quality service to their vast client base this company have developed long term business relationships allowing them to rapidly grow. Due to a strong pipeline of work they are now looking to add a Project Manager to their dynamic development team.

In this role you will work on behalf of a variety of residential clients including planning, technical, commercial etc. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders including Designs, Contractors ensuring designs, reports and application are submitted accurately. You will oversee the whole process from concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have technical engineering and design or planning knowledge; section 278, 108 and 38 agreements wanting to join a unique, thriving company where you can gain chartership and progression to director level.

The Role:
*Based in Birmingham or Bristol - hybrid working (in office 3 days a week)
*Working on a variety of large scale developments for residential housebuilders
*Overseeing the ongoing project management and delivery of infrastructure
*Liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects in a timely manner

The Person:
*Previous experience working on the infrastructure large scale projects (knowledge on section 108/278/38 agreements)
*Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
*Come from housebuilder/main contractor, engineering/technical or planning background ideally
*Full UK Driving License
