Job Description:
Luxon Pay is a fast growing digital wallet with features including currency exchange, peer to peer transfers, deposits into online and live merchants and a Mastercard to spend money online or in-store. With a strong focus on improving the product and customer experience.
The Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the digital marketing, CRM and social media of Luxon Pay and increasing revenues. The current team consists of an efficient and driven Marketing Co-Ordinator, a passionate and experience Marketing Manager, and dedicated design and web development department. Areas of focus will include paid social media, digital advertising, website management, data analytics, content management, PR and corporate communications.
Employment Details:
*Reporting to the Marketing Manager
*Salary £30,000 TO £40,000 DOE
*40 hrs per week based remotely
*25 days annual leave per year
*Workplace Pension Scheme
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Accountable and responsible for performance marketing strategy across but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, SEO and Display.
*Responsible for the marketing strategy and brand guidelines in line with business strategy
*Direct and manage a team to create all visual and written content required for product uploads, social media posts, advertisements, and marketing campaigns, ensuring it falls within our strong brand guidelines and is true to Luxon Pay as a company
*Set and report on monthly ROAS targets across all channels.
*Undertake effective analysis of all marketing initiatives, share learnings with relevant colleagues and apply learnings to future plans to improve customer experience and ROI. Identify and implement opportunities for growth
*Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure that we have the correct assets, budget and targeting set up across our campaigns
*Manage CRM output across both platforms, email and app push. Write content and manage the CRM plan and schedule
*Develop marketing processes and procedures to optimise efficiency
*Manage a multi-skilled team in the overall marketing efforts of Luxon Pay as a business and as a brand.
*All other duties as required
Relevant skills & Experience:
*Must have a strong marketing background with knowledge of all relevant aspects of marketing a growing business, including paid advertising across digital and social media platforms.
*Must have experience managing a team; must possess leadership and communication skills to be able to motivate a team, ensure staff efficiency and be keen to develop each individual’s skills
*People management and development experience, along with a philosophy of leading by example
*Experience managing Marketing budgets
*Experience working with programs such as Facebook and X ads, Google and Google Analytics.
*Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a critical thinker
*Responds positively to changing priorities
