Job Overview We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Woking. You will support students with their academic and emotional needs, working closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities *Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students.
*Assist teachers in preparing resources and managing the classroom.
*Support students with SEN or EAL to achieve their learning goals.
*Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For *Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, adaptability, and a supportive attitude.
*Awareness of safeguarding practices in schools.
Qualifications *GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
*Relevant experience or qualifications in education, SEN, or childcare are a plus.
