Job Overview We are seeking an adaptable and motivated Secondary Supply Teacher to join a thriving school in Guildford. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of regular staff, ensuring continuity of learning for students.
Key Responsibilities *Deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring student engagement and progress.
*Maintain a well-ordered and respectful classroom environment.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively to support learning.
*Liaise with staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
*Provide feedback on student performance and participation.
