Job Description:
Job Title: Administrative Assistant Salary: £12.00 per hour Contract: Full-time or Part-time (up to 35 hours per week) Location: Launceston Office
Key Responsibilities:
*Administrative Support: *Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and mail handling.
*Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
*Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
*Client Services: *Meet and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner.
*Prepare refreshments (coffee, tea) for clients and staff.
*Data Entry and Record Keeping: *Input and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
*Maintain organized records and files.
*General Office Duties: *Answer and direct phone calls.
*Assist with various office tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Computer literate with good telephone manner.

*A positive and proactive attitude.

*A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
