•The appointed solicitor will advise clients on employment law issues, including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
•You will negotiate and mediate employment disputes while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
•Applicants should have strong technical skills and at least two years of experience managing a diverse caseload of employment matters.
•The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
