SEN Secondary Teaching Assistant

· Monitor and report on the student’s progress, collaborating closely with staff and parents.
· Foster a positive, inclusive environment to encourage the student’s confidence and independence.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a secondary school setting.
· Be a caring, patient, and approachable individual with a strong commitment to supporting individual needs.
· Be able to work effectively as part of a team, showing adaptability and professionalism.
· Be sensitive to the needs of the student, providing support that respects the student’s dignity and individuality.
