Description
Accounts payable role-
*Manage and process all accounts payable transactions
*Conduct reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
*Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
*Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with company policies
*Improve and maintain financial procedures and systems
*Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
*Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
*Assist in end audits and monthly closing activities
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
*A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
