About the Role:
As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the site’s technical and mechanical systems. Your role includes:
*Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical and/or mechanical systems.
*Diagnosing and resolving reactive maintenance issues.
*Managing HVAC, lighting, and plant system operations.
*Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
*Collaborating within a professional and high-performing team to maintain an iconic site.
Requirements:
*Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
*18th Edition certification or equivalent (for electrical candidates).
*Proven experience in building services, ideally within high-profile commercial or cultural environments.
*Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and plant room operations.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation.
