Job Purpose *Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various sectors
*Leading audit engagements as Responsible Individual and ensuring exceptional client service
*Driving business development and identifying opportunities for growth
*Mentoring and developing audit teams, providing guidance and leadership
*Liaising with clients and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery
*Ensuring compliance with relevant audit standards and regulatory requirements
*Collaborating with partners and directors to contribute to the firm’s strategic goals

What are we looking for? *ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive experience in audit, ideally at a senior level
*Qualified by extensive experience also considered
*Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading audit teams
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*A passion for personal development and career progression
*Commercial awareness with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
