Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS or EPOS sales, particularly in the farming, agricultural, or garden centre sectors? ClearCourse Retail is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in these target markets.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will prospect and engage with businesses in our target markets, building relationships and closing sales to meet seasonal and annual targets. You’ll play a pivotal role in presenting ClearCourse Retail’s solutions at client sites, networking events, and industry exhibitions, supported by our marketing and projects teams.

Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a robust pipeline to close EPOS solution sales, focusing on farm shops, garden centres, and independent food retailers
*Conducting product presentations through remote, onsite, and event-based channels
*Organising and executing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
*Managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and project handover
*Developing partnerships with third-party providers and supporting marketing efforts to promote solutions
*Delivering accurate forecasts and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
*Representing ClearCourse Retail at industry events and supporting the creation of case studies
What you’ll bring to the role:
*Proven success in SaaS/EPOS sales, particularly selling to farms, farmers, or garden centres
*Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
*A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
*Experience managing the full sales cycle in a software solutions environment
*Affable, credible, and driven to exceed targets in challenging environments
