Job Description:
Service Care Solutions is working alongside a well-established law firm, based in Somerset, which needs a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with expertise in private client law to work on a diverse range of matters.
The salary for this role is £45,000 to £60,000. The salary will be dependent on PQE and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities Of The Private Client Solicitor Role:
*Manage a diverse range of private client matters, including wills, probate, trust administration, lasting powers of attorney, and estate planning.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering them a high level of personal service and trust.
*Contribute to business development, including client retention and local networking.
Key Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with experience in private client law.
*Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning matters.
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a clear, empathetic way.
