Job Description:
A super organised EA is required to support a Senior Partner and play a vital role in driving business success. You will be based in the office Monday - Friday 9-6pm working overtime, which will be recognised and rewarded.
About the Role
This is more than a support role; it is a pivotal role to be at the heart of the action. As the Senior Partner’s trusted assistant, you will handle a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from coordinating high-profile events to managing business outreach and building relationships with prospective clients. You’ll represent the firm with professionalism and integrity, championing company values in every interaction.
Duties include:
*Being the engine behind Business Development
Plan and execute engaging events, sponsorships, and client meetings. Research networking opportunities and bring innovative ideas to the table.
*Staying ahead of the game
Manage schedules, emails, and logistics with precision, ensuring the Senior Partner’s time is maximised and communications flow seamlessly.
*Delivering operational excellence: Organise travel, maintain records, and oversee updates to client databases, websites, and communications materials.
*Collaboration with all internal and external teams: Partner with client teams, technical groups, and committees to create compelling content and maintain a thriving prospect database.
Chosen candidate will need to be :
*Proactive, detail-oriented professional with a flair for organisation and an eye for opportunity
*Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
*An adaptable mindset, ready to take initiative and thrive under pressure.
*Experience in professional services, ideally with a financial focus.
*Sharp organisation and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail.
*Confidence with Microsoft applications and a knack for picking up new tools.
