Job Description:
Operate as a Senior BA to drive global trade surveillance strategy and execution within the IT function, working closely with Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to develop product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct business analysis on regulatory-focused technology initiatives
*Define and document user requirements for trade surveillance
*Manage multiple regulatory sub-projects and deadlines
*Collaborate with Product Owners and IT delivery teams
Essential Experience:
*Full project lifecycle understanding
*Wholesale Financial Services knowledge
*Technology software development experience
*Regulatory-focused business analysis
*Agile environment expertise
*Excellent communication and documentation skills
*Microsoft and project management tool proficiency
Desired Additional Skills:
*Market surveillance domain expertise
*Front Office process knowledge - broking methods: algo, hybrid, voice and electronic, trade and order capture including trading protocols RFQ, CLOB, etc.
*Product knowledge and modelling across wholesale markets FICC, ETDs and Equities using fpml, FIX and other similar industry standards.
*Understanding of global regulatory regimes
*Experience with data requirements in surveillance systems
*Scaled Agile framework experience
