Job Description:
We are seeking a German and Italian speaking Administrator to join a well-renowned organisation in the horticulture industry. This position plays a crucial role within the organisation, acting as the bridge between licensed growers and the internal Sales team. You will oversee all aspects of Licence and Distribution agreements while ensuring effective record-keeping and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing invoices and sales orders.
*Updating pricing information and managing stock.
*Providing translation support for contracts and documentation.
*Maintaining up-to-date client information, including licenses and renewals.
*Travelling to trade shows and license partner offices to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
*Performing other administrative duties as required.

This role is ideal for a fluent German and Italian speaker with strong administrative and customer service skills. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional, this is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your language skills and grow within a dynamic organisation. Your Profile:
*Fluency in German and Italian (written and spoken).
*Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
*Administrative or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.

*A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
