Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturer of leading Asian food brands, is looking for National Sales Manager.
[Key Accountabilities]
(1) Lead & develop sales within UK food industry; mainstream retail, food service & B2B
(2) Create annual sales and business growth strategies customized for key strategic sectors
(3) Drive to research and identify new business opportunities, and drive sales and grow the existing customer base
(4) Focus on engagement for lead generation in line with business expansion aims, integrating strategic prospect targeting, and actively identifying avenues to engage with potential clients
(5) Manage sales team
[Requirements]
(1) Minimum 5 years’ sales or account management experience within UK food industry
(2) Proven track record of delegation, running successful sales performances, and meeting and exceeding KPI’s
(3) In-depth experience in Sales Operations within major retailers or importer/distributor
(4) Strong network within European food industry with retailers, buyers, distributors
(5) Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
(6) Proficient in MS Office & any knowledge of CRM software being advantageous
(7) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
(8) Flexible, team-oriented mind & excellent communication skills
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Central London
(2) Job type: full-time & permanent & hybrid(1 day work from home)
(3) Hours of work: Mon~Fri & 8:30am~5pm
(4) Annual basic salary: up to 60K (depending on experience)
(5) Bonus schemes, pension, lunch allowance, etc.
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
