Our client, a well-established Letting & Management organization founded in 1989, is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Administrator to join their administrative department. Renowned for providing traditional rental services and as one of London’s leading Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists, our client plays a pivotal role in procuring properties for Local and Central Government to address emergency housing needs. The Role The Business Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and lettings process, ensuring operational efficiency and high client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
*Client Communication: Engaging with clients via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails to understand their needs and preferences.
*Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activities through thorough research.
*Administration: Managing administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
*Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business and referrals.
*Social Media & Reviews: Supporting social media campaigns and company reviews to enhance the organization’s public image and awareness.
The role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to the organization’s growth and reputation.
The Person The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm to the role. Key qualities and skills include:
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in IT systems and tools relevant to administrative functions.
*A full UK Driving License is preferable but not essential.
*Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
*Industry-recognized qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP, or ARLA are advantageous but not essential.

The Package This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility for a part-time vacancy, offering the following details:
*Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
*5-day working week (or part-time arrangement available).
