Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee and prepare accurate financial accounts for the business, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
*Lead the finance department, aligning reporting with management goals and providing insights that influence key decisions.
*Supervise and develop the finance team, implementing streamlined processes that enhance productivity and foster team growth.
*Take responsibility for budgeting, cash flow management, VAT returns, payroll, and year-end reporting.
*Work proactively to maintain and optimize cash flow across the business.
*Collaborate with external accountants to support a smooth year-end audit process.
*Identify and manage financial risks, offering strategic solutions to support growth.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
