About the Role
*Position: ServiceNow Developer/Engineer
*Salary: £75,000 - £81,000
*Location: London-based with hybrid working (3 days in-office)
*Scope: Global position acting as the technical lead and escalation point for ServiceNow, including integrations, automation, and platform management.

Key Responsibilities & Core Technologies
*Oversee the day-to-day technical management of the ServiceNow platform.
*Translate business needs into technical solutions, optimising automation and integration.
*Develop, configure, and maintain workflows, integrations, and the Service Portal.
*Act as the technical escalation point for junior staff and mentor their development.
*Ensure adherence to best practices, platform health, and version support.
*Core technologies include:
*ServiceNow Scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions/Policies.
*Service Portal Design: Widget creation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
*ServiceNow Modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
*ITIL Framework and experience with Agile Development.
About you?
5+ years experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a ServiceNow Admin Certification. ITIL Foundation (minimum) with a solid understanding of relational databases.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
*Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
*Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
*Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to mentor others.
