About the Role
Search Recruitment Group is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a highly regarded healthcare facility in North London. This is a leadership position, offering the chance to manage a small but dedicated team within an extensive therapy services department.
As the Senior Occupational Therapist, you will lead and deliver therapeutic assessments, group activities, and one-to-one sessions across three departments, providing care for patients accessing acute services, general psychiatry, addiction programs, and an expanding OCD service.
This role primarily focuses on supporting the acute ward, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance inpatient therapy programs. If you’re looking to develop your skills in leadership and service development within a dynamic environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the delivery of OT services across the acute ward and therapy programs.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists.
* Deliver ADL assessments and high-quality therapeutic interventions.
* Ensure service excellence and contribute to ongoing service development initiatives.
* Support CPD pathways, including expanding existing programs like DBT and autism assessments.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
* Accredited Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Active HCPC registration.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
* Knowledge of CPA processes.
* Ability to deliver high-standard ADL assessments and report writing.
* A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Desirable Criteria:
* Prior experience in people management.
