Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders with precision
*Build strong relationships with customers through email and phone communication
*Manage the smooth shipping of goods to ensure customer satisfaction
*Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, providing excellent service every time
Candidate Profile:
*Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
*Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
*Customer service experience
*Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
*Previous experience with exporting goods
*Familiarity with Sage software
*Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) with the following schedule:
*Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
*Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
