Job Description:
We at the City and Capital Group are pleased to be representing a a fast growing & highly respected property finance lender who have retained my services to appoint their first HR Learning & Development Manager at an exciting time.
Our client has doubled the size of their business in each of the last 6 years & now have an FTE of over 200. This has seen the growth of their HR dept & the need for a specialist L&D Manager who can work with divisional heads to identify & engage with training & upskilling needs across the business.
This role would also deputise for the Senior HR Manager, wherever needed. It is also a role that comes with a lot of opportunity to progress.
Initially I thought I would see if you are open to such an opportunity?
Our client is looking to pay between £60k - £85k as a base, relevant to experience/CIPD, with higher offers also to be considered for exceptional talent. Salary will be complemented by access to a favourable bonus scheme too, which will significantly increase annual earnings.
Notably, this is a lender who operate a strong & proven promote from within policy with their forward looking growth plans in mind. In particular, the HR dept will grow in scale, offering opportunities to propel both career standing & salary forward within, as excellent performance is delivered. Happy to discuss.
Due to the strong progression potential I do not expect this role to be on the market for long.
Therefore, if it does look of interest, then I would be keen to have a discreet chat with you ASAP. Here I can get a better feel for your situation whilst giving you what you need to know on who our client is, the detail of the role & future growth potential.
Then you can make an informed decision on how best to proceed.
I am happy to make the call. Just let me know your options & preferred number.
