This advanced Software solutions provider is seeking a driven and self-motivated Solution Engineer to join their dynamic technical team. Based in Manchester with a hybrid working model, the key focus of this role is to implement and configure tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

The Solution Engineer will be responsible for:
*Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and objectives
*Implementing and configuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs
*Participating in technical discussions and workshops with clients, staying informed on industry trends
*Providing technical support during the pre-sales process, identifying potential risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies
*Working alongside the development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
*Maintaining and developing integrations between the company’s platform and customer systems, primarily using C# and .Net
*Collaborating with customer success and support teams to resolve post-implementation issues and optimize the customer journey
The following skills & experience are required:
*Strong expertise in cloud computing, APIs, integration patterns, and microservices architecture
*Solid experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools
*Experience in implementing software solutions
*Knowledge of supporting and maintaining bespoke applications
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex technical problems effectively
