Location: Spalding
Contract Details: Temp-To-Perm, Full Time
Remuneration: £13 per hour

Responsibilities:
*Manage the transport window, ensuring smooth operation of our client’s logistics processes
*Check-in and direct inbound drivers to the correct loading locations with a friendly and professional approach
*Coordinate loading activities with warehouse supervisors, optimising efficiency and ensuring timely dispatch of goods
*Provide vital administrative support to the transport team, assisting with data entry, documentation, and general clerical tasks
*Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
Skills Required:
*Previous experience as a transport window operative or in a similar role within a transport or warehouse environment
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills with drivers, supervisors, and team members
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
*Proficient computer skills, including data entry and general admin work
*Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
