SEN Teaching Assistant- Knowsley
Milk Education are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partnered schools in Knowsley. This is a full time or part time role to begin as soon as possible!
You’ll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for those with additional needs.
This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
SEN Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
*Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
*Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
*Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
*Deliver catch-up sessions
SEN Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
*Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
*Must have a passion for education
*Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
*Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
